What kind of program is this?
A mindfulness program that consists of 7 meetings that take an hour each, based on the latest scientific insights in the Western psychology, neuroscience and based on insights and wisdom from ancient Oriental philosophies.
What are our intentions with this program?
Life is like a river. It is ever-flowing. Sometimes it seems like a lazy river and sometimes the water is calm and you can enjoy the view. But it flows, always.
Anyone who has ever participated in a program at Stach, or that has been coached by one of us, knows there was a direct reason at the time to do it. Dissatisfaction, something that gnawed, turmoil, conflict at work or at home, or a big desire. During your coaching or training session you go through a 'car wash', you regain a new balance and you can go on. But there is always a moment that you run into something. You start a new quest for something that can help you get back on track. That is why we have created these short sessions.
