For more than fifteen years, In my 'previous life', I worked for large international companies (such as Kimberly-Clark and Intersafe-Groeneveld) as a business manager, (interim) merger manager, sales manager and marketer. In these roles I have been able to lead teams through heavy weather and towards change. I feel comfortable in large, complex and international organizations.
Characteristics
I am enthusiastic, energetic, warm and have a great drive to get things off the ground. My way of working is tailored to the person or group I work with, in a facilitating role. Always changing as a supervisor, coach, trainer or consultant. Not as an expert in a white coat and glasses, but always mainly from myself as a person. I don't like conventions and just want to be real. Bring what I have in-house in terms of knowledge, experience and tools. And also feeling and intuition. With a healthy dose of fun and lightness. I like to be constantly on the move and to discover and study new (scientific) insights. I am averse to dogma and I have enormous confidence in the positive end result of every process with leaders and teams.
In addition to working for Stach, I work as a freelance trainer for Schouten & Nelissen and I have shaped the professionalization of colleagues for eight years as Community Leader of the Dutch Co-Active Community.

I notice a difference in how I feel towards other people. I am more concerned with myself and what I want and feel in a positive way instead of continuously thinking for the other and controlling potential conflicts. I also really feel that I have a lot less 'war' within myself. That is very nice and quiet! Louise, thank you very much for the beautiful moments during our coaching appointments. It was not always easy, but I did not avoid difficulties and you did not let me go. I believe that soooooo much has happened and changed for me personally. Let's put it this way ... I got up from the bench, took off a heavy coat and hat and started walking towards the horizon!
